5 Ways to Be More Beautiful

I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving! I’m back from my mini-break with 5 ways to be more beautiful.  I’m a firm believer that your beauty is all in your attitude.  There are so many factors to look at when determining beauty. These tips will help you appear and feel more attractive.

Eating Healthy

As I’ve said before, you are what you eat. Eating foods with antioxidants and nutrients helps your overall body’s health. That internally and externally. Eating foods with vitamin A, B, C, & E, zinc, protein and healthy fats, promotes healthy looking skin and muscles. And of course, drinking plenty of water is great for your skin and body.

Sleep

Getting the proper amount of sleep each night is extremely beneficial to your body.  It’s not called beauty sleep for no reason. Sleeping allows your body to rest and prepare for the day ahead. It allows your body to heal and rejuvenate.  Enough sleep will leave your skin glowing and your eyes free of dark circles and bags,

Posture

Good posture can increase self confidence and how confident people see you.  It can help keep your blood pressure in tck, reduces headaches, and reduce back pain. Having a good posture also improved core strength, boost metabolism, and optimizes breathing, which all help you become more attractive.

Lose Your Stress

Stress ages you. Determine what is causing you stress and remove it or how you deal with it from your life. Here are great ways to manage your stress. Listen to music, exercise or walk daily, watch tv or movie, read a book, speak to a counselor/therapist.

Be Kind and Respectful

If you are a nice kind respectful person, you will appear to be more attractive.  Don’t complain, people find it a turn off. Try smiling instead.  Smiling is a sure way to look more beautiful. Remember the saying, “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything.” Negative people do not come across as being attractive. If they are, people tend to say “she’s pretty, but her personality makes her ugly.” Spread kindness and people will see your beauty on the inside and out.

P.S.  Beauty isn’t about having a pretty face. It’s about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart, and a pretty soul. – unknown
