7 Bible Verses to See Life Differently

7 Bible Verses to See Life Differently

At times, it can be so hard to understand why life seems so unfair. Especially when you’re a believer. You see non-believers living what appears to be a happy, stress-free, successful life.

That’s when you need to see life from a different perspective.

Non-believers live hard lives too. And the worst part about their lives is they have to go through it without God. Satan just has a way of making a life without God seem so better than it is, he is always trying to tempt you in every way.

Today, I’m sharing 7 Bible verses to help you see life differently, from a different perspective.

One. 2 Corinthians 4:17-18

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

The eternal promise that God has for us is far greater than anything present before us today. Live life looking forward to the promises of God.

Two. Hebrews 13:8

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.

Although we may mess up, our lives may be going through a shift, we can rely on the fact that Jesus Christ will remain constant throughout our lives. His sacrifice is ours forever, and we will also be able to seek forgiveness.

Three. Psalm 9:7-8

The Lord reigns forever; He has established his throne for judgment. He rules the world in righteousness and judges the peoples with equity.

God has all power and He is always in control. Even when things look bleak, God still reigns with all power.

Four. Proverb 3:5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and He shall direct thy paths.

No matter how life looks, whenever you need to make a decision, always seek God first. Ask Him for guidance and follow it.

Five. Psalm 73:26

My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion forever.

We must remember that even in pain or sickness, God is our strength. He is personally invested in us. He will support is through it all.

Six. Psalm 100:5

For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

The phrase “God is Good” is not just a phrase to make you feel better, it is the truth. God is so good, that His love will, has, and does continue for us even when we don’t feel His presence. And because we believe in Him and Jesus Christ, His love will continue on throughout our lineage.

Seven. 1 Thessalonians 4:14-18

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

The day I most look forward to, the day Jesus returns.

No matter the time, place, person, or situation, NOTHING can keep us from God. And we have the comfort of knowing that one day we will be in heaven with Him.

I sure do hope that these seven Bible verses will help you see life differently. Changing your focus and perspective on God will change your life from darkness to light.
