Fall Bible Study Plan

Fall Bible Study Plan

Hey Loves! It’s that time to change our Bible Study Plan again! If you followed my Summer Bible Study plan with me, then that means today is the first day for your Fall reading routine.

For Fall, I’m leaning towards a joy-filled theme for Bible study. When I think of Fall, as I’m sure most Americans do, I think of being thankful. When one is truly thankful, their lives should reflect that of someone who is filled with joy.

I am using the Joy-filled Life, Bible Reading Plan For Philippians from Rest For Your Soul In God’s Word. If you are interested, Michelle offers printable guides to go along with the daily readings.

Read Through the Book of Proverbs

Nothing changes here. Read a book of Proverbs each day, reading the book that corresponds with the date. Since today is the 23rd of August, I will read Proverbs 23. This works well since there are 31 books in Proverbs, giving you a book for even those months with 31 days.

Joy-filled Life, Bible Reading Plan For Philippians

Of course, I am changing this reading plan just a bit. I’m stretching it out for 16 weeks so that it is truly a Bible Study and not just a Bible reading. I will read each set of verses each day per week instead of one set per day. This will also take us straight up to Winter for our next reading plan.

  • Week 1- Philippians 1: 1-6
  • Week 2- Philippians 1: 7-12
  • Week 3Philippians 1: 13-18
  • Week 4- Philippians 1: 19-25
  • Week 5- Philippians 1: 26-30
  • Week 6- Philippians 2: 1-8
  • Week 7- Philippians 2: 9-16
  • Week 8- Philippians 2: 16-24
  • Week 9- Philippians 2: 25-30
  • Week 10-Philippians 3:1-7
  • Week 11- Philippians 3: 8-14
  • Week 12-Philippians 3: 14-21
  • Week 13-Philippians 4: 1-6
  • Week 14- Philippians 4: 7-12
  • Week 15- Philippians 4: 13-18
  • Week 16- Philippians 4: 18-23

Nightly Praise

At night, I’m sticking to the same readings.  I will read my daily chapters on Psalm and end with the Lord’s prayer.

What to do? Read the following verses on the corresponding days of the week.

  • Sunday – Psalm 113, 63, 23 and Matthew 6:9-13
  • Monday – Psalm 146, 63, 23, and Matthew 6:9-13
  • Tuesday – Psalm 147,63, 23, and Matthew 6:9-13
  • Wednesday – Psalm 148, 63, 23, and Matthew 6:9-13
  • Thursday – Psalm 149, 63, 23, and Matthew 6:9-13
  • Friday – Psalm 150, 63, 23, and Matthew 6:9-13
  • Saturday – Psalm 112, 63, 23, and Matthew 6:9-13
