As a person who enjoys some quality alone time, I still have anxiety when it comes to going out and doing things alone. Yet, I am still the type of person who is more confident in myself and feel more comfortable having myself as company.

In today’s post I am sharing twenty things that you can do alone.

Whether you need a moment to yourself or a day to reflect, there is an activity to fit everyone’s needs. Make sure you pick something that is pleasing to your heart.

  2. Go for a walk or jog where there’s beautiful scenery
  3. Go for a mini retreat getaway
  4. Pamper yourself with a facial and mani/pedi
  5. Take a relaxing candle lit bath
  6. Go to the theater to see a movie or play
  7. Have dinner at your favorite restaurant
  8. Visit a museum
  9. Take a dance class
  10. Take a yoga or pilates class
  11. Do a day trip
  12. Make a list of things you are grateful for
  13. Re-decorate a space in your house
  14. Create a vision board and set goals to make your visions reality
