28 Days of Self Love Challenge

With February just a couple of days away, I wanted to do something for us girls. So, I decided to create a 28 days of self-love challenge, cause who doesn’t need an excuse to learn new ways to love themselves more?

I’ve gathered some of my favorite or most wanted self-love habits and created this calendar to help keep us accountable. You can print it out or take a screenshot of it and mark off each self-love habit as you complete it. You can go in any order you’d like, just make sure you don’t cheat yourself and skip a day. If you do, no worries, just double up on that self-love the next day.

The goal is to learn new ways to love yourself more and find some new habits that will benefit you spiritually, mentally, and physically. So,  let’s get to loving!
