This time of year can come with some self-neglect. The year is winding down, we are getting ready for the holiday season, and with cooler temps, we are less likely to treat ourselves right.

I’m challenging you for this month with some of my favorite self-care activities that are perfect for October and Fall.

Day 1:  Begin a daily affirmation

Day 2:  Come up with ways to create balance in your life

Day 3:  Start a meditation/devotion routine

Day 4:  Take a cozy bath with candles

Day 5:  Go for a morning walk

Day 6:  Do something to celebrate you

Day 7:  Update your Fall wardrobe

Day 8:  Slow down and enjoy the day

Day 9:  Get a Mani/Pedi

Day 10: Try yoga

Day 11: Create a habit to drink lots of water

Day 12: Have a Fall photoshoot

Day 13: Try something new

Day 14: Relax by a fire (candlelight, fireplace, bonfire)

Day 15: Give yourself a facial

Day 16: Spend time enjoying nature

Day 17: Declutter your home

Day 18: Checkin with your feelings and needs

Day 19: Create a morning routine

Day 20: Make/bake your favorite dessert

Day 21: Create a fitness routine

Day 22: Let go of the negative things in your life

Day 23: Have an at-home spa night

Day 24: Practice Hygge; the art of coziness

Day 25: Make some chili

Day 26: Unplug and enjoy a tech-free day

Day 27: Get a massage

Day 28: Have a candlelight dinner

Day 29: Pick a bad habit you want to correct

Day 30: Start a new skincare routine

Day 31: Write a thankful list
