My Top Favorite March Fitness Challenges

Working out can become mundane and even ineffective when you do the same thing every time.

To help keep/put that spark in working out, I thought, why not add some change? A great way to incorporate a good change in your workout routine is to pick or create challenges to do that focuses on your personal fitness goals for each month.

Also, if you’re a competitive person, you’re adding on that competitive push to get the challenge done each month and accomplish your goal.

The biggest plus about having that change in your workout is that it actually helps by giving major muscle groups a rest, you’ll stay healthier, get stronger, build more muscle and avoid wasting time. Doing the same workout over and over, you’re not getting bigger or stronger—you’re inviting injury and wasting time. Workouts that challenge your body in new ways over time are the most beneficial.
