Spring Bible Reading Plan

Spring Bible Reading Plan | 2019

Spring is almost here and we have one more week with our Winter Bible Reading Plan.

As always, I’m super excited to go on this Biblical journey. For this Spring Bible Reading plan, I have selected bible verses that will help build and strengthen us as Christians.

For our Winter Bible Reading Plan, we studied with a focus on living a purpose driven life. To continue on with that focus to truly help us grow in our Faith walk, our Spring Bible Reading plan is created to motivate and encourage us to live with intention.

A Proverb A Day Keeps the Bad Choices Away

Each day I read a chapter of Proverbs as my foundation. Although it doesn’t necessarily have to do with our Spring focus, I find the book of Proverbs is a great source for how to live. There are 31 chapters which work perfectly with our calendar. Read the chapter for whatever day of the month it is. I will start this Spring Bible Reading plan on March 14th, therefore, I will read Proverbs 14 that day.

A Psalm of Praise

Another part of my daily Bible reading is to read a Psalm of Praise each day.  I read the seven different chapters, one for each day of the week, where I am able to give praises to God each day. This for me is just a reminder and a great starting point to give God Thanks every day. My daily reading schedule for the Book of Psalms is below.

Sunday – Psalm 113

Monday – Psalm 146

Tuesday – Psalm 147

Wednesday – Psalm 148

Thursday – Psalm 149

Friday – Psalm 150

Saturday – Psalm 111

Nightly Reading

I end each night with the following chapters before saying my nightly prayers:

Psalm 23 & 63 and Matthew 6:9-13. This helps me to remember to not only start my day with God but to end my day with God as well.
