15 Day Wellness Challenge

Let’s do this! For the next 15 days let’s focus on our wellness with this easy to follow 15 Day Wellness Challenge. If you know someone who is in need of a personal reset, make sure you share this with them so they can join the challenge as well.

Each day, use the printable checklist to hold yourself and your friends joining us accountable. We will focus on our physical, mental, spiritual, and social wellness. You may do the same challenges for each area of focus all fifteen days, or switch it up. The goal is to check off each focus area for all fifteen days. 

Here are some things you can do for each area of focus over these next 15 days.

Physical Wellness
  • Workout for 15 – 45 minutes each day 
  • Drink only water 
  • No sugars 
  • No meat
  • Take a walk 
  • Do yoga 
  • Get 7-8 hours of sleep

Mental Wellness
  • Recite 3 affirmations each day  
  • Read a book  
  • Listen to a Podcast  
  • Create a sacred space and use it  
  • Take a mental health day   
  • Get creative with an art project    
  • Write down your goals and take steps to accomplish them

Spiritual Wellness
  • Do a guided meditation each day  
  • Read a spiritual book    
  • Listen to spiritual music  
  • Spend time enjoying nature  
  • Start a gratitude journal  
  • Do a daily devotion  
  • Focus on forgiveness 

Social Wellness
  • Take a social media break 
  • Have a meal with friends 
  • Give 10 compliments today  
  • Schedule a date night 
  • Unfollow negative social media accounts 
  • Set a new boundary  
  • Tell someone why you love them

At the end of day 15, reflect on your journey. How do you feel on a whole? Is this something you want to continue for another 15 days to make it a 30 day challenge? Maybe this 15 day wellness challenge is something you’ll do every three or four months to give yourself a healthy reset!
