7 Bible Verses For Easter

Last year I made it a goal to practice traditions that will keep Christ in Easter. So, I thought it would be a great idea to share some of my favorite Bible verses for this Easter season.

The Eater Bible verses can be added to your morning devotion/Bible reading time, or just a fun activity to add to your day.

I know that my Redeemer lives and that in the end he will stand on the earth. Job 19:25

He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. Matthew 28:6

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world. John 11: 25-27

But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5

From that time on Jesus began to explain to his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things at the hands of the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life. Matthew 16:21

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? Romans 8:34-35

P.S. But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. – Romans 5:8
