How to Relieve Stress

Did you know that April is Stress Awareness Month?

Stress affects us all in so many ways. For stress to be so common, you would think there would be more tools to help your body get rid of it once and for all. Well, today I am sharing God’s way for us to deal with stress.

Trust in God’s Protection – Psalm 27:5

For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

Remember, Nothing Last Forever – Psalm 30:5b

weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning

Rely on God – Psalm 37:7-9

Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil. For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth.
