My Top 10 Daily Habits for a Happy Life

It’s already December and the new year is quickly approaching. Is anyone else excited about the new year as much as I am?

Well, as always, I am sharing tips on how to live a better life as we approach 2018. Today I am sharing my top 10 daily habits for a happy life. Doing these 10 things daily will surely make your life happy.

  1. Wake up early and go to bed early.
  2. Make a list for tomorrow,
  3. Put on clothes that make you feel good, even if staying home.
  4. Do something you’ve been putting off.
  5. Drink more water (8 glasses to be exact).
  6. Go for a walk or exercise.
  7. Give a smile or compliment to a stranger.
  8. Review the day, what worked, what didn’t?
  9. Declutter one space everyday.
  10. Think of 3 things you appreciate in life.
