Seven Days of Self-Love

Hey Loves! As women, we so often put the needs of others before our own, and sometimes without thought. So, I decided to come up with a seven-day challenge where each day you have to do something that demonstrates self-love.

Since the new year, I have been going on and on about living your best life. Can you really do that if you are not loving yourself right? My hope is that with this challenge, I can move up to a 30-day challenge that will lead us to make it a ritual to love ourselves fiercely

 

Day 1

Make a meal plan to start eating better!

 

Day 2

Write down ten things you love about yourself

 

Day 3

Give yourself a compliment every hour on the hour

 

Day 4

Write down/type self-love affirmations and post them around your home and workspace so you are constantly reminded of them.

 

Day 5

Have a pamper session and treat yourself to a facial, mani/pedi, hair styling, and massage

 

Day 6

What do you need to forgive yourself for, make a plan to lead to your forgiveness, start to attack that plan

 

Day 7

What is something you believe you deserve, make a plan to do what it takes to get it, go for it
